Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to nurture and grow customer relationships. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing product adoption, and driving retention and expansion opportunities. This role bridges the gap between our company and our customers, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Drive product adoption by educating customers on features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams,

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the Sales team to close them.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in [industry or SaaS, if applicable].
