About this Role





We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Administrator to support global employee data management and HR administration activities within a shared services setting. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining data accuracy in SuccessFactors, meeting service level commitments, supporting process improvements, and delivering a customer-focused HR service. The role is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience in HR operations who are looking to build expertise in HR systems, data management, and process excellence within a global organisation.
