Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations for manufacturing plants and head office
• Manage plant-level HR including manpower planning, attendance, shift management, statutory compliances, and contract labour
• Handle labour law compliance, inspections, and audits
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR MIS, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling
• Act as a bridge between management and shop-floor workforce
