This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Program Manager based in India.

This role leads large-scale AI training data programs, overseeing strategy, delivery, quality, and client relationships across multiple projects.
You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors to deliver high-volume operations against ambitious targets.
The position combines program leadership, operational planning, financial management, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
You will serve as a key client contact, leading governance, planning, business reviews, and alignment on priorities and changes.
A robust focus on scalability, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement will be central to the role.
You will also partner closely with quality, operations, sales, and vendor management teams to ensure reliable delivery, compliance, and strong client outcomes.

Accountabilities:
- Define program strategy, goals, roadmaps, milestones,



and operating models across multiple projects and vendors.
- Lead and develop delivery teams, including Program Managers and Coordinators, with clear objectives, capacity planning, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, leading governance meetings, planning sessions, business reviews, and discussions around scope, priorities, and changes.
- Partner with quality leadership to maintain consistent quality outcomes, align on guidelines and acceptance criteria, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and secure sufficient rater and annotator capacity while optimizing shifts, handoffs, workflows, automation, and tooling to meet high-volume delivery targets.
- Build and manage program budgets, margins, and change orders while keeping commercial commitments aligned with delivery requirements.
