- 5–6 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of direct experience working with ServiceNow CSM and FSO applications.
- Fundamental understanding of financial service workflows (e.g., banking operations, card management, or loan processing).

Integrations: Practical experience using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services
- Languages & Scripting: Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax).
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and ACLs.
