Accounts Payable & Banking Relations will be responsible for managing end-to-end payable operations, vendor payments, cash management, banking relationships, treasury activities, and related financial controls. The role will ensure timely processing of payments, optimal cash utilization, strong banking partnerships, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable Management
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments.
- Monitor AP aging and ensure payments are made in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
- Review and strengthen controls around payment processing and approval workflows.
- Resolve vendor queries and maintain robust supplier relationships.
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies, delegation of authority (DOA), and internal controls.

Cash Management & Treasury




- Monitor daily cash positions and fund availability across group entities and bank accounts.
- Plan and execute fund transfers to optimize liquidity and meet operational requirements.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management initiatives.
- Ensure efficient utilization of banking facilities and treasury resources.

Banking Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners across jurisdictions.
- Manage banking operations including account opening/closure, KYC documentation, signatory updates, and banking mandates.
- Negotiate banking fees, service levels, and treasury products to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Evaluate and implement banking solutions for collections, payments, cash management, and foreign exchange requirements.
- Coordinate with banks on loans, guarantees, corporate cards, and other banking facilities.

Foreign Exchange & Funding Support
- Monitor foreign currency transactions
