We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and strengthen the organisation’s overall operations and ensure effective execution of business priorities. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency, establish robust processes, drive accountability, and ensure consistent execution across functions. - Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews to monitor business and operational performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.
- Build strong cross-functional coordination between Operations, Finance, Technology, Sales, HR, and other teams.
- Establish explicit ownership, accountability, and performance expectations across operational teams.
- Lead business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
