About this Role





We are seeking an experienced HR Quality Auditor to support the Service Introduction & Quality function within HR Services in Pune. This role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and compliance of HR operational transactions, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, service level agreements, policy controls, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining audit readiness, reducing defects, identifying process improvement opportunities, and strengthening stakeholder confidence, particularly across high-risk and payroll-impacting HR processes. This chance is well suited to individuals with experience in HR quality, audit, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
