Overview

Our customer is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test(SDET) with a passion for innovation and excellence in software testing with 4-7 Years of overall experience . The ideal candidate will be proficient in automation frameworks like Playwright, selenium and have hands-on experience with shell scripting, BDD framework, and possess a solid understanding of AWS services. The candidate will be responsible for testing both UI components , Backend, APIs, Batch jobs and automating end-to-end workflows, and contributing to process improvements and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Selenium, and scripting technologies.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Validate web applications, backend services, APIs,



databases, batch processing systems, and cloud resources.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Create and maintain automated workflows to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across multiple teams and products.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into deployment processes.
- Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to quality, maintainability, and testability.
- Develop and maintain testing standards, documentation, runbooks, and best practices.
- Track test artefacts, defects, and execution results using tools such as Jira and source control systems.
