Job Description:
- Coordinate and follow up with Government Departments, Local Authorities and Regulatory Bodies for Approvals, Licenses and Documentation.
- Lead Generation through Justdial, IndiaMART & Other Online Platforms and Lead Conversion by Visiting Clients, Field Visits to Explain Services, Sending Quotations etc.
- Prepare and Submit required Documents, Applications and Reports as per Project or Company needs. Maintain good professional relationships with Officials and Stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management while providing services, Bill Follow-up, Feedback and Implementing Creative Marketing Strategies & Analysing Monthly Growth etc.
- Handle visits to Government Offices, Clients or Project Sites and Ensure timely completion of Liaison-related work and report updates to Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate / MBA Marketing
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Marketing Experience in Construction Industry
Software: MS Office, ERP etc.
Other Skills: Valuable Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Payment Range (Rs): 15,000 to 25,000
