Responsibilities
· Responsible for CV’s Quality Check, CV’s Deliveries, Client Handling, Client Management, MIS Maintenance, Performance Tracking & Revenue Generation
· Supervise the recruiting team (10-15 team members) and report on its performance
· Provide adequate training to new hires in the team & to current team; as and when required
· Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
· Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
· Research and choose job advertising options
· Regular follow ups with hiring managers on interviewing status
· Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
· Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs
· Participate in job fairs and career events
· Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience (5-15 years) as a Portfolio Manager from Recruitment Industry




· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
· Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
· Familiarity with hiring portals, social media and other qualified networks
· Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
· Strong decision-making skills
· Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
· Salary: Negotiable
