Summary
The role is pivotal in driving milk sales growth and expanding distribution networks within the assigned operational area, directly contributing to the achievement of budgeted business targets and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will lead end-to-end operational execution, ensuring timely logistics, accurate sales realization, and robust customer engagement. By leveraging market intelligence, optimizing distribution efficiency, and enforcing quality standards,
the position plays a critical role in sustaining competitive advantage and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in scaling the model parlours initiative, minimizing product losses, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards through meticulous documentation and process control.

- Achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks across the assigned territory.
