Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist – Construction to accelerate the adoption of our Construction solutions across strategic regional accounts in India. This role will partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Technical Sales, and Partner teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry, experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions, and a passion for helping customers transform project delivery through digital innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the construction solution sales strategy for a portfolio of regional accounts across India
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Partner with Account Executives to create account plans, uncover business challenges,



and position construction solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Engage executive stakeholders, project teams, and technical decision-makers to understand customer priorities and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead solution-focused sales engagements, including discovery sessions, business value discussions, product positioning, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Technical Specialists to deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements
- Develop and execute territory and opportunity plans to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner collaboration, and customer engagement
- Work closely with channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders to expand market reach and accelerate customer success
