Role: Transformation Programme Manager, Procurement
Procurement at bp is going through its biggest digital and process transformation in a generation. The vision and purpose of this transformation is to make procurement at bp a ‘best-in-class’ function,



achieving ‘top quartile’ status across efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting into the Procurement Transformation PMO, you will take ownership of one or more projects within a portfolio of 15+ initiatives that span all of bp's operating businesses, as part of a 5+ year transformation roadmap that started in 2024.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will be hands-on in the day-to-day management and delivery of your projects — driving plans, supervising progress, handling risks and keeping stakeholders aligned — while applying the programme and project management standards set by the PMO.
- You will handle the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects within the Procurement Transformation programme, ensuring they are delivered to plan, budget and agreed outcomes.
- You will apply programme and project management best practice, working within the standard ways of working and delivery framework set by the PMO.
