CareerSecure is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager – University Sales & Partnerships to drive the expansion of our Work-Linked Degree Programs (WLDP) through strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions.

The role will focus on identifying and acquiring universities, presenting the WLDP proposition to key decision-makers, managing the complete sales cycle, negotiating commercial and partnership terms, and successfully onboarding universities onto the programme.

This is a B2B sales and business development role with a strong focus on university acquisition and partnership closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from private, government, deemed and other eligible higher education institutions.
- Research and build a pipeline of universities suitable for WLDP partnerships.
- Connect with key university stakeholders including Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Dean, Director, TPO, Corporate Relations and other decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach,



LinkedIn outreach and other business development activities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations and product demonstrations with university leadership.
- Present CareerSecure's WLDP proposition and communicate its academic, industry and employability advantages.
- Understand university requirements and propose suitable WLDP partnership models.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to meeting, proposal, negotiation, MoU and university onboarding.
- Prepare commercial proposals, partnership presentations and follow-up communication.
- Negotiate commercials and partnership terms with universities within approved company guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the university sales pipeline and CRM.
