AREA OF
RESPONSIBILITY:

· Acquisition of
Current Business Partner for Sharekhan Limited

· Handholding
& Training of new Business Partner

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

· Identifying
prospects from market data and other leads.

· Converting
prospects in MASK Franchisee (out station visit also required) only within
Bihar exclusive

· To ensure Presence
of Sharekhan in all major districts of Bihar

· Compliance,
Voice logger, Signage, Mandatory poster, etc installation at BP outlet

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

· Inauguration of




BP with his clients at their place

· Monthly Report
& Daily MIS

· Team Handling

Requirements

PERSONAL SKILLS :

· Good
Communication and leadership skills.
