Job Summary
- Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and software skills to support the design, implementation, and management of recent business systems and processes used by a wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.





Essential Functions and Tasks
- Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows

- Work with vendor teams to assist in the design and build of rule-based workflows, automation, reporting packages, and dashboards
- Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams
- Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questions and troubleshoot issues
- Prioritize and manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routed and resolved in a timely manner
- Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels
