• Oversees the month-end closing procedures for the organization, including preparation, review and posting of account entries. Ensures financial accuracy and compliance in the preparation of income and balance sheet statements, reconciliation of corporate general ledger accounts, consolidated statements,



and various other accounting statements and reports. Addresses complex accounting issues and may provide input on improving closing processes
• Leads the review of account analysis in terms of how they relate to operating results and the balance sheet in order to understand variances in financial statements. Provides insights and recommendations based on the analysis to improve financial performance. Develops and monitors the financial statement
• Oversees processes supporting financial reporting and ensures maintenance of general ledger system. Presents other monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management and gathers their input to carve out action plans for future financial reporting
• Provides strategic guidance to Accounting colleagues with regard to complex and sensitive accounting issues
