Chai Shots is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to build revenue by taking our content, digital IPs and platforms to brands and advertisers.
Our content ecosystem spans YouTube and our app, with multiple IPs across fiction, non-fiction and entertainment — including audition shows, podcasts, short-form content, web series and upcoming original shows.
The role will focus on identifying brands looking to reach the Telugu market, understanding their marketing objectives and converting them into relevant content-led brand solutions and sponsorship opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential brands, advertisers and agencies
• Build relationships with brand managers, marketing teams and media agencies
• Pitch content IPs, audiences and platforms to prospective clients
• Understand client objectives and develop relevant sponsorship solutions
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and pitch decks
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Work with Content, Creative and Marketing teams on customized brand solutions
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables and partnership terms
• Maintain solid post-sale relationships and generate repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor offerings and brand spending
