Position: Product Sales Manager- CMS & POS

CTC: Up to 11 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 3+ years of experience in CMS/ POS/ Merchant Acquiring sales

Location: Across Mumbai

Education: Graduate/ PG

We are looking for Product Sales Managers to lead merchant acquiring (POS/EDC, UPI, Bharat QR) and Cash Management Services (CMS) sales across Mumbai. This role involves end-to-end ownership of acquisition, onboarding, and portfolio growth while working closely with branch and relationship teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Acquisition
- Drive new merchant acquisition for POS/EDC, UPI & Bharat QR solutions.
- Identify and build CMS opportunities across collections, payments, and digital integrations.
- Generate leads through branch collaboration, market mapping, and networking.
- Target key industries with customised banking solutions.

2. Onboarding & Portfolio Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clients.
- Drive transaction volumes (TPV) and revenue realisation.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with branch teams and RMs to increase product penetration.
- Conduct product training, demos, and client presentations.
- Support marketing campaigns and visibility initiatives.

4. Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to KYC/AML and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
- Educate clients on product risks, including chargebacks and fraud.

Key KPIs
- New acquisitions (POS/QR & CMS mandates).
- Activation & transaction volumes.
- Revenue generation & fee realisation.
- Portfolio growth and retention.
- Compliance and audit metrics.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in POS / Merchant Acquiring sales.
- Exposure to CMS / Cash Management solutions is an advantage.
- Graduate required; MBA preferred.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
