Position: Account Manager
The company is looking for a dynamic and experienced IT sales qualified to lead business transformation initiatives and drive revenue growth in the service provider segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow strategic customer relationships.
- Increase wallet share within assigned accounts through year-on-year revenue growth.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting as per defined business metrics.
- Deliver strong value propositions in client discussions and proposals.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business, industry trends, and market opportunities.




- Strengthen competitive positioning within key accounts.
- Identify innovative business opportunities, structure deals, and create win-win commercial models.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer success and high satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (MBA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of sales experience in the IT / Telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking / cloud / data center solutions.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling solutions to major telecom/service providers such as Bharti Airtel / Reliance Jio.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent business judgment and strategic decision-making ability.
- Ability to engage senior executives and key decision makers.
