This remote role leads the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, with a solid focus on Service Cloud Voice and voice-enabled contact center solutions. You will combine technical Salesforce expertise with structured project and program management to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. The role spans planning, Agile delivery, technical oversight, release management, testing, and production readiness. You will coordinate architects, developers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership across multiple workstreams. The position also provides broad exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data migration, and Salesforce governance. It is an opportunity to drive high-impact transformation projects while improving delivery standards and technical execution.

Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning,



execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical delivery plans and maintain alignment between business and technology teams.
- Provide technical oversight for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce implementations.
- Review solution architecture, integrations, data migration approaches, customization strategies, security models, and scalability considerations.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and coding standards are followed.
