We are seeking a motivated HR Operations skilled to support employee data management and HR administration activities for global markets. Based in Pune and reporting to the Team Leader, the role focuses on processing HR transactions accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels, maintaining data quality, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with up to two years of experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Organisational Management modules.
