Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven Field Sales Team Leader to spearhead our on-ground sales operations in Bangalore. This is a revenue-focused leadership role, where you will be responsible for:
- Building, training, and managing a team of 10–12 Business Executives (BEs).
- Driving individual and team sales performance to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Expanding market penetration by onboarding retail outlets across Bangalore.
- Leading from the front by actively generating sales and demonstrating ChattyBao’s products to prospects.
