Hiring life insurance - Agency channel
Campion Candidate Criteria :
- Candidate Must be currently working in Life Insurance company for more than 12 Months
- Candidate must be from Agency or direct channel, Banca profile won't be considered
- Candidate must have done min of 35 Lakhs of recent business in the Last FY and proof would be required at the time of offer
- Should have earned incentives of 50,000 in last 12 Months or else at least in the prior FY , should have earned 50,000 or 1 promotion.
- There should not be any employment gap
- CTC Range is between 5 L to 7 L
