We are seeking an experienced HR Operations qualified to lead Workforce Administration activities, drive operational excellence, enhance employee experience, and ensure high-quality service delivery within agreed service levels. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, improving processes through automation and digitalisation, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.
