Key Responsibilities

Factory Capacity & Resource Planning
- Develop and sustain factory capacity models to aid production scheduling and business expansion.
- Lead long-term capacity planning and scenario analysis for assembly and test operations.
- Assess equipment, labor, and space needs to support production ramps and new product introductions.

Industrial Engineering & Efficiency




- Lead labor efficiency and direct labor optimization initiatives.
- Establish staffing models, labor standards, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs through data-driven analysis.
- Identify and implement guidelines to improve factory performance.

Operational Excellence
- Advocate for Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Lead factory efficiency roadmaps and operational excellence projects.
- Monitor and improve key manufacturing benchmarks such as capacity utilization, labor efficiency, cost per unit, cycle time, OEE, efficiency, and space utilization.

Business & Long-term Planning
- Support annual operating plans, budget development, and capital investment planning.
- Provide business analytics and recommendations to site leadership.
