Job Responsibilities
- Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations




- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Define the future structure of Finance and Accounting for the company
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures
- Review Sales/Operations/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain) on inter dependencies
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce and optimize costs
- Interactions and discussions with customers and external vendors/consultants on business and compliance related matters
- Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff
