We are seeking an HR Operations Advisor to act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support through email, web chat, and online HR platforms. The role sits within HR Operations and focuses on resolving employee requests, maintaining service level commitments, ensuring high-quality administration, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This prospect is based in Pune and reports to the Team Leader, AskHR.
