TMF Group is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), and related applications.
The role focuses on both automation and functional testing, leveraging contemporary test frameworks and QA best practices to support high-quality software releases within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Functional Testing
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, and SpecFlow.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and web applications.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and other business systems.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Follow QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint plannin
