The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, web resources, custom APIs, and client-side extensions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Configure and customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, relationships, business rules, security roles, teams, and field-level security.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate,



and Power Pages, where applicable.
- Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise systems using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, effort estimation, impact assessment, and prepare technical design documentation.
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, production defects, performance issues, and problem management within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage solution packaging, environment migrations, data migration activities, release deployments, and post-production validation across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
