Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field, with1 to4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications, such as CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter), are a plus
