The Senior Manager, Digital & Process Excellence is responsible for leading process excellence and digital transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role owns the development, governance, and continuous improvement of business process management, process intelligence, automation, and digital enablement capabilities that support operational excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Working closely with business teams, BIT, and other enabling functions, the role translates business needs into scalable solutions,



operating models, and capability roadmaps. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, advancing process intelligence and automation capabilities, and ensuring adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in business process management, digital technologies, and organizational transformation with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
