Position Overview
We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled engineer to lead and execute full-stack enterprise product engineering initiatives. This senior role requires deep full-stack engineering expertise across Java, React, and containerization technologies (Docker), combined with advanced proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to drive engineering velocity and architectural excellence across the team.

The ideal candidate will lead development across enterprise product lines (Agile Requirements Designer, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Manager), architectural design, complex problem solving,



and mentorship of engineering peers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Leadership & Solution Design
- Lead technical design, architecture, and feature implementation across complex, multi-component enterprise software products.
- Champion and scale AI-assisted development practices (such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) across the engineering team to maximize velocity and code quality.
- Perform deep root-cause analysis for complex system defects and architect robust, scalable fixes across backend and frontend stacks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and UX leads to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

2. Senior Hands-On Development & Implementation
- Architect and write scalable, highly maintainable, and robust code using Java 17+ (Spring Boot) and modern React (TypeScript).
- Design containerized microservice architectures using Docker and Kuberne
