Job Description
• Effective communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborating with business to understand business growth plans and plans for recruitment demands.
• Identify issues quickly and find effective solutions to maintain workflow.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure plans and align plans with or organization objective.
Key Skills Required
• MBA Preferred (1 -2 Yrs work experience).
• Ideally has experience of working in a qualified service's/Consulting organization.
• Excellent communication (Verbal and written), presentation skills and team management skills.
• Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information/situations and handle escalations.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Shift time - 9am to 6 pm
Work Type - Hybrid mode
