Job Description:
Allegion is seeking an Advanced Development Leader to lead advanced technology exploration and transition activities that accelerate product innovation across electromechanical and electronic solutions. This role combines technical leadership, R&D; program management,



and cross‑functional collaboration to identify, validate and mature new technologies from concept through pilot and hand‑off to product teams. The Advanced Development Leader will shape the technology roadmap, manage internal and external partnerships, and ensure development efforts align to business goals and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:
- Define and execute the technology development roadmap aligned to business strategy and product roadmaps; prioritize projects that deliver differentiated customer value and competitive advantage.
- Lead ideation, feasibility studies, prototyping, pilot programs and technology demonstrations across electrical, embedded, IoT, sensing, and related domains.
- Manage and lead a small cross‑functional technology team (firmware/electrical/mechanical resources) and coordinate with Global Advanced Development teams, Engineering teams and partners.
