As an HCM-OIC, VBCS-Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives.



As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate current ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
