About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. Once you will be assigned into one of the pods dedicated for motor / health insurance basis business requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with both current and existing customers over the phone to understand their insurance needs, address their queries, and recommend suitable insurance plans. You will play a key role in driving sales by building trust,



educating customers on product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, a persuasive and consultative sales approach, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and proactively promote insurance products.
