Role: OBP Appian Data Analyst

Knowledge & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software delivery, business process management, workflow automation, or low-code development.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications using the Appian platform is highly desirable, particularly within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management domains.
- Strong understanding of Appian platform capabilities including:
- SAIL Interface Design
- Records
- Process Models
- Process Reports
- Sites
- Expression Rules
- Data Types and Data Fabric
- Experience integrating Appian applications with external systems through REST APIs, Web APIs, SOAP services, databases, and enterprise middleware platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including data modelling, queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience developing workflow and case management solutions,



including business process automation, approvals, exception handling, and task management.
- Understanding of Appian deployment practices, package management, setting promotion, and release management processes.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Designers, Architects, and Developers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into Appian solutions.
- Ability to prepare solution documentation, process flows, technical specifications, and support artifacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
