Job Description

Objective

To ensure successful placement opportunities to connect locally.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and administrative oversight
- Networking and Liaison with State and National Level Employers
- Ensure overall compliance to Programme Guidelines and prescriptions
- Responsible for induction of Facilitators for the Placement availability & JD’s
- Update on Placement Performance
- Employer engagement with centers (SME Sessions, OJT & Content upgradation)




- Review and respond to escalated complaints and grievances
- 100% placement assistance, 80% learner placement is minimum benchmark

Essential Skills
- Capability for overseeing placement partners for learners
- Excellent communication, networking, and computer skills
- Target-oriented and leadership abilities are required
- Open to travel for PAN India locations
