We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled AV Project Engineer to manage the execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of skilled audio-visual projects. The candidate will coordinate with customers, consultants, project managers, vendors, technicians, and other site teams to ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Review project scope, BOQ, technical specifications, AV drawings, schematics, rack elevations, and cable schedules before execution.
- Plan and supervise the installation of displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, cameras, video conferencing systems, AV racks, control systems, and related equipment.
- Coordinate site readiness, equipment delivery, manpower requirements, installation schedules, and project dependencies.
- Guide AV technicians on equipment installation, cable routing, termination, labelling, rack assembly, and testing.
- Configure and commission AV equipment, including DSPs, matrix switchers,



video conferencing systems, control systems, displays, and audio systems.
- Conduct system testing, signal-flow verification, audio tuning, functional checks, and troubleshooting.
- Identify design, installation, cabling, network, or equipment issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, IT, networking, interior, and customer teams to resolve site-related dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, installation quality, material usage, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Provide regular project updates and promptly escalate delays, risks, material shortages, and technical challenges.
- Conduct customer demonstrations, user training, testing, and final system handover.
