Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling Ecommerce Portals. Candidate having prior experience in Beauty & Skin Care Category (1 position) / Ayurvedic Medicines and OTC Category (1 position) will be considered.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing

KRA –

1. Sales Target – Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the designated portal and the broader of Company brand sales through the ecommerce platform.

2. Business Development - In charge of facilitating the brand's integration onto current Ecommerce platforms and ensuring the widespread availability of Company products across all online retail channels.

3. Finance – Responsible for managing payables and receivables for the designated Portals, ensuring accurate financial oversight and accountability.

4. Key Account Management

Manage assigned Ecommerce vendor & Seller Portal.

Create & update listing details in bulk mode across ecommerce marketplaces.

Upload & Monitor Consumer promo, Visibility across all ecommerce channels.

Marketing – Create & Manage ads campaign, deals, Coupon and other promotional assets across ecommerce portals.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Key customers to increase the brand's online presence.

5. Performance & Market Analysis:

Identify emerging E-Commerce trends and opportunities for business growth.

Implement action plans to capitalize on these trends.

Track & Analyze Performance metrics for online marketplaces & provide insight through weekly report.

Track and optimize sales performance at both the channel and SKU level.

6. Ecommerce Optimization:

Optimize product listings and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Optimize product Images as per portals algorithm.

Create & Upload A+ content across marketplaces
