About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with robust expertise in software development, team leadership, and the automotive domain. The role requires ownership of multiple engineering tools and operational workstreams, driving alignment across global stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and process transformation.
The successful candidate will act as a key technical and strategic leader, ensuring common solutions are developed wherever possible while addressing domain-specific requirements across different vehicle platforms.

Automotive Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
Required Domain Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with significant exposure to the Automotive Industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive engineering processes, vehicle development lifecycle, and engineering tool ecosystems.
- Experience working with Powertrain, Calibration, Configuration Management, Flashing, ECU, Software logistics, Vehicle Engineering, or related automotive domains.




- Experience collaborating with engineering teams supporting different vehicle technologies and product lines.
- Understanding of engineering data flows, tool chains, and process integration within automotive development environments.

Stakeholder Management
Global Collaboration & Product Alignment
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations supporting different vehicle platforms and engineering organizations.
- Act as the primary interface between teams supporting different vehicle programs.
- Understand business, engineering, and process requirements from both stakeholder groups and identify opportunities for common platforms, tools, and workflows.
- Drive harmonization and standardization initiatives to maximize reuse and minimize duplicate development efforts.
- Build consensus among stakeholders and leadership teams to establish shared roadmaps and strategic priorities.
