Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies. The role will focus on developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and responsive.
The successful candidate will build backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and front-end components while contributing to performance optimization, database integration, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and production support. The role will support business objectives by delivering reliable technology solutions in an Agile environment.

Software Requirements

Required
- Node.js: 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining backend services and applications.
- Spring Boot: 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications and microservices.
- Java: 5+ years of professional development experience.
- JavaScript/TypeScript: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or web application development.
- REST APIs: Experience building, consuming, integrating, documenting,



and supporting RESTful APIs.
- Microservices: Experience designing and developing service-based applications.
- Distributed systems: Strong understanding of distributed application concepts and service communication.
- SQL/NoSQL databases: Experience with data storage, retrieval, integration, and data integrity.
- Performance engineering: Hands-on experience with performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, and optimization.
- CI/CD: Knowledge of automated build, testing, deployment, and release pipelines.
- Git: Experience with source control, branching, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
- DevOps practices: Knowledge of development and operational practices that support reliable application delivery.
- Up-to-date web technologies: Experience developing responsive and user-friendly front-end components.

Preferred
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
