Job Purpose
This role is responsible to assist Director CIQA for developing and reviewing quality of assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Director CIQA to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc. to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively
- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all assessment tools.
- Assist Director to design, develop and implement recent assessment tools of Internal Assessments (IA) & Term End Exams (TEE)




- Monitor assessments align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills.
- Collect and analyse data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- Generate reports on assessment results and provide feedback to faculty and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Assess various assessment tools and methodologies, such as rubrics, surveys, and standardized tests, to evaluate educational outcomes.
- Assist Director CIQA to Collect, Collate and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about assessment quality of programmes at NCDOE.
- Assist Director CIQA for preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, Annual report and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide reports and updates to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as necessary.
