Job Position: Business Development Specialist (B2B/B2C Sales)

CTC: ₹4 – ₹7 LPA

About the Role

CyberFrat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and customer onboarding.

The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both individual customers and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Follow up on both inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives.
- Recommend appropriate products and service solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
