Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate – India Contract Solutions to join our growing Contracts Services Group. In this role, you will support client sourcing functions, manage complex contracts, and lead negotiations while mentoring junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong contract management expertise and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Review, analyze, and interpret complex contractual agreements.
- Identify risks, key terms, and areas of concern, and provide actionable recommendations.




- Ensure contract compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain organized contract repositories and track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

Negotiation & Communication
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Resolve contract-related issues effectively while maintaining strong relationships.

Team Leadership
- Mentor and support junior team members in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Contribute to team development and process improvements.

Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with contract status.
- Track daily activities and log work in internal tools such as D365.

Process Improvement
- Continuously enhance contract management processes and tools.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices.
