MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Transaction Risk Insurance within an insurance broking or related environment
• Robust network with Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, Corporate M&A; teams, Law Firms, and Financial Advisors
• Proven track record of originating and converting Transaction Risk / PEMA opportunities into revenue
• Good understanding of M&A; transactions and Transactional Insurance products such as Warranty & Indemnity (W&I;), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk Insurance

• Drive business development and revenue growth for the Private Equity & M&A; (PEMA)



practice by identifying and converting transaction-related insurance opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, Corporate M&A; teams, Law Firms, Financial Advisors, and Strategic Investors.
• Engage with clients on live and recently closed M&A; transactions to position transaction insurance solutions that protect buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Identify opportunities for Warranty & Indemnity (W&I;), Tax Liability, Contingent Risk, and other transaction risk insurance products.
• Collaborate with internal placement, underwriting, and technical teams to structure customized insurance solutions for complex transactions.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, and negotiations to secure new mandates and expand the transaction insurance portfolio.
