Lowe’s India is the retail technology center for Lowe’s Companies Inc. and is based out of Bengaluru, India. Set up in 2014, Lowe’s India focuses on technology and shared business services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Brand Performance & Analytics
• Analyze brand-level KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, content engagement, inventory performance, and returns to identify performance trends and opportunity areas.
• Independently extract and compile performance data using SQL, Excel, and web analytics tools to support brand diagnostics and opportunity identification.
• Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews, Q&A;, and competitive insights to recommend improvements to the online customer experience.
