Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Review client reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Validate report data, calculations, fund information, holdings, performance, commentary, disclosures, and client-specific requirements before release.
- Perform quality checks in line with internal procedures, review checklists, control standards, service levels, and applicable KPIs.
- Support issue identification, exception management, escalation, and timely resolution by coordinating with Production, Sourcing, Data Management, Product, Marketing,



Technology, Compliance, and regional teams.
- Investigate reporting issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, review checklists, trackers, issue logs, error logs, and management information records.
- Support testing activities for system upgrades, report enhancements, regulatory changes, new product launches, transitions, and process changes.
- Identify process gaps, control improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing support to current and existing team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
